With more than three decades of experience spanning real estate investment, land acquisition, community development, and capital markets, Douglas is leading EverHome Living’s vision to deliver attainable, design-forward residential communities across Florida and beyond.
Prior to launching Everhome in 2022, Douglas co-founded Quinn Residences, helping establish it as a leading institutional single-family rental platform. His previous leadership roles also include managing real estate investments and large-scale community developments throughout the Southeast, Caribbean, and Costa Rica. Douglas also serves as Managing Partner at Cymbel, where he partners with experienced operators to invest in real estate opportunities with transformative potential.
